The Hyatt Regency Birmingham- The Wynfrey Hotel renovated the entire property just before the pandemic closed the doors. As events resumed the hotel needed a way to communicate clearly with planners about the capabilities of the event space and what they could expect if they held their meetings at the property. Interactive Floor Plans give planners the autonomy to research the property and event space capacity on the Cvent Supplier Network before sending an RFP. Cvent Event Diagramming gives the hotel and planners an intuitive way to communicate and collaborate. 

Cvent helps the need for faster and better communication by connecting that planner to us quickly at the hotel and by having everything laid out in that RFP. There are very few times where we have to go back and ask follow-up questions.
