Earning MICE business relies heavily on being able to showcase meeting and event space sufficiently to clients. The Hilton Paris Charles de Gaulle Airport needed to find an alternative way to conduct site tours for event planners who couldn't travel to France or didn't have the extra time. The hotel have a large 700 square meter ballroom, but it was not well known or frequently visited. Cvent Event Diagramming provided a simple way for the hotel to conduct virtual viewings and market the space to more customers.
